I hop this helps
I wore my hair in twist outs and french braids, but not the kind that you add weave, I mean the two french braids your mom would give you be for school lol. and then when I got tired of wearing my french braids I would take it down and wear a braid out. Or you can french braid your hair into a bun, like a sock bun, or you can just go ahead and do your big chop! I know its scary but if you want to be full natural you are going to have to do it. I did my big chop the night before my husbands birthday party, because I had no idea what to do with my transitioning hair......So I got a pair of scissors, wet my hair, took a deep breath and cut off my relaxed ends! then I got some leave in conditioner, shae butter, and hair gel and wore my curly hair! I really hope this helps, even if you are not ready for your big chop, french braids, and braid outs are what got me through my transition.
God Speed!
