Edges, HELP!!!

How do you ladies smooth down your edges? Mine just seem to curl back up even after I smooth them down with a butter and a scarf. It's not a big deal. But I can't get a sleek bun between the frizz and the curls around my hairline. Gel doesn't do me any justice either.

Edges can be tricky. I think a key thing with edges is to make sure they are moisturized. Moisturized edges are a heck of a lot easier to deal with than dry frizzy ones. Whenever I skip a cowash day I just pull my hair back and moisturize the edges with a little water (my spray bottle is my best friend) and slap on a little Let's Jam custard (the new pink pudding like stuff), eco styler gel, and a little coconut oil and I'm set! It took me a few tries but hey that's what transitioning is all about right haha. :)

I used everything, lol my edges do what they want. I guess the humidity is to blame too. I usually spray my edges with water and smooth them down with Shea butter and add jojoba oil over them then tie it down. By the end of the day they curl back up and get frizzy

My hair is VERY and I mean VERY rebellious... Even when I had perm. But I use the Eco Styler gel and Monkey brains, they work like a charm together. Just put the scarf on to keep it laid :)
