I just completed my first month of going natural. To be honest, I don't know if it would be considered going natural. Maybe just taking better care of my hair because I haven't had a perm in 3 years, I just wore sew-in's. But I'm excited. Have I seen much of a difference in my hair. Not really but I know you have to be patient. I have 4C hair

so i know that it's going to take about at least 6 months before I see a vast improvement. But I wish everybody well and I hope that you don't get discouraged. After the first month, it's nothing. It's like a hair diet lol! Take care everybody!!!

Congrats! The first month is always the easiest in my opinion. Things get tough around 3 months. Remember to keep up your protein treatments as you go along. I usually do mine every month. Moisture, moisture, and moisture is key. Drink plenty of water and hydrate your hair as often as you can.

Thanks lady, I'm still going strong. It get's frustrating at times because my twistouts don't come out the way I expect because my hair is so thin. But i am determined. I try to keep my hair moisturized as much as possible and I have to remind myself about the water. Thanks for the support!!!
