Default Caring for my hair?

I'm 2 months into my transition and right now I have in a protective style which is Senegalese twists, but I'm already thinking about what I want to do with my hair when I take them out. I want to make sure I keep it moisturized and healthy. I bought Cantu Shea butters leave in conditioner and I am going to use it to moisturize my hair after I wash it with Creme of nature argan oil shampoo & conditioner. I'm going to use the cantu Shea butter for Bantu knots and I was going to seal it with my Jamaican black castor oil & tea tree oil mix. I was wondering how far up my hair do I put the oil to seal it & does this regimen sound like a good one?
