Hi everybody!!!!

Recently, I have decided to go CG, in hopes that my heat damaged hair will get a little healthier as I'm growing it out. I was just wondering if there are any products (specifically gels, leave ins or serums) that are CG friendly (sulfate-free and silicone-free) that you know of. I also am looking for good co-washing conditioners and any tips that could be provided by experienced CG-ers. What works for you? Thanks!!!
