Excellent! I'm just about to try this and I'm hoping you can say more about how you pre-poo. Do you rub it into your scalp? Or only on the ends? How long do you leave it on before pooing? Overnight? Or less? Do you have any tips or techniques? So glad this is working for you, and I hope to learn from your experience!

Default prepoo

how i prepoo; i divide my hair in 6 sections already finger detangled(very thick), then i sprit it with some water, add the oil generously to ends and scalp. i finish by addind my cheapest conditioner and braiding each section. fianlly i just use a plastic bag for 1 to 2 hrs(whatever works for you), then i shampoo while my hair is still in braids to reduce all the oily build up. hope this helped.

Default I love coconut oil

Coconut oil works for me. It cut down on shedding during wash day.

Shea moisture curl enhancing line has a deep conditioner that has coconut oil in it. As a matter of fact that whole line has coconut oil in it.

Are you ladies using refined organic or UN refined organic? I've purchased the unrefined. Just wondering if there was a difference in benefits or usage?
