Congrats! I am 13 months in and it gets better and better. Did a mini BC this AM and my haircutter says by the Fall I should be done

I am not that far from you Rudeechick.....it will be 15 months the end of June.

3a/b fine to med texture(Thank you Rymorg!)
hair analysis: med texture, normal elasticity & normal porosity
hair has been bristly, is prone to brillo/straw
med to thick density, heavy hair w/bulk(4 inch ponytail circumference)
Can't seem to keep my hair moisturized
Using hard water
Avoid glycerin and protein!
Product recs always welcome!

Yay US!!

To be honest I would have longer to go,except my hair was layered in the winter, so I lost some of it then!

I cant wait - altho it is 99.9% humidity here today, so its a sukky hairday regardless.

I passed my one year in March! I've been wearing extensions since July 2007 & I'm having them taken out in the next 4 weeks (I gave myself one year of the ridiculous expense). Then I'll get the BC......I'm very nervous too......I've never had short hair in my life & I'm so scared of what I'm gonna look like. But I'm also very excited to be all me again.

Thank gd it grows rite??

Its funny, in the past when I tried to go natural the grow out was miserable. But this time I am so determined that its much easier! And going CG has helped so much!
