Cut Down on Breakage?

I am in my 5th month of transitioning and I wanted some tips on how to cut down on the breakage that is almost inevitable. I dont want to do the BC until about a year of transitioning, so what are some helpful ideas?

Low manipulation is key. If you don't have your hair in a set style like kinky twists or braids then putting it up and leaving it alone helps.
And deep condition often.

I am almost in my fifth month of transition and there are several things that I do, and I have very little breakage.

1-Condition daily. (giovanni direct leave-in or giovanni vitapro moist)
2-Use a good moisturizer like Qhemet Amla and Olive Heavy Cream or the Burdock Root Cream
3-Transitioner's Tonic (Use 3 times a week)
4-Shikaikai Oil and Amla Oil---douse entire head several times a week
5-Grease scalp with coconut oil at least 3 times a week
6-Shampoo w/ non-sulfate shampoo.

Overall, my hair is really soft and feels stronger than it every has.

Products I am currently loving:
Trader Joe's Nourish Conditioner
Anita Grant Rhassoul Deep Conditioner
Anita Grant Cafe Latte
Suave Naturals Coconut Conditioner

condition like crazy. I just bought jessicurls wdt and love it! I would recommend to anyone. Also, using heat with the conditioner helps.
Now is being on a conditioning-only regimen good? I am using Suave Naturals and I just bought some Fructise Curl Sculpting and leave in conditioner, is that ok? I'm broke like its not funny.

I have been transitioning since March, so 6 months and I just learned some stuff here that I don't know if it's working yet.

so right now I am
conditioning only every 3 days and actually shampooing once every 2 weeks, I am using some carrot oil on it once I wash it and I'm going to start my fructise this week.

Right now, my hair is frizzy, my wave pattern is shown nicely but is so bushy and dry looking, I just wear it in a ponytail.

I had a small cut on my head about 2 weeks ago, about 5 inches and I have about 5 inches to go.

I'll try to keep up on updating here, I think I'm gonna start a thread on my updates.
I'd like to recommend Aphogee Two-Step Protein Treatment. Use it once a month.

I wore a kinky twists for about 3 months and a wig for about 5 months. Wore a twist and curl about a month before I bc'd.
