I'll try to answer these as best as I can:

-when u pull ur hair in a ponytail do it pop off sum of ur hair while u transtioning? Not at all. Of course I made sure to use soft scrunchies and I didn't make them so tight I looked like I was squinting. I was actually afraid of my hair falling out because I was never successful at wearing ponytails for long periods of time without experiencing breakage. When I stopped relaxing altogether I didn't experience any breakage.

-would flat ironing my hair once every 2 or 3 weeks affect my curls in the process..? For me it didn't. Just make sure you are deep conditioning your hair at least once a week. I also did Aphogee treatments every 4 weeks to keep my hair strong. I would do rollersets and then flatiron it lightly. Oh and please use a heat protectant spray before flatironing. Some people like the flatirons with the temperature at 400. Mine doesn't have that, but I try to use my judgement. Honestly the less heat you use the more successful the transition BUT do what's best for you and your hair.

-and how often should i deep condition my hair? At least once a week minimum. Its going to need all the TLC it needs before you cut the relaxed ends.

-& is there any thing i can take or any products to speed up my new growth? Well some people use Beemine, Boundless Tresses, or MegaTek (horse product).

HTH!

I'm also transitioning and I'm using MSM (1000 mg). My hair is growing, don't know how much because I don't measure and my nails are fabulous.

i've kinda developed an unfortunate phobia regarding any sort of direct heat on my new growth. i won't let a flat iron anywhere near my head because i don't want to risk ruining my curl pattern.
but that's just me. i'm sure flat ironing your hair every 2-3 weeks won't hurt. as long as the heat setting isn't too high.

I used MSM last year and I really can't tell you if my hair grew or not. But my nails were slammin!
They were strong and would grow faster than normal

You don't have to use heat. If you're worried about ruining your new growth then I'd stay away from it. I hardly ever used direct heat the first 6 months of transitioning. When the growth became too much for me to handle I didn't feel like I had too many choices.
