Best conditioner
What is the best conditioner for transitioning?
Also, are sillicones really all that bad for your hair? The reason I say that is that I bought some Sebastian deep conditioner that has sillicones in it. I recently bought some Jessicurl products as well as some organic shampoos and conditioners. Just experimenting with some different products. Bought some Ouidad too. |
A moisturizing conditioner would be the best for transitioning hair. Silicones aren't really bad for your hair, but some curlies are on the CG routine where you eliminate shampoo and wash your hair with conditioner only. Since you're not using shampoo, you don't use cones b/c they can buildup over time and need a shampoo with sulfates to remove. HTH! :)

i found suave humectant and aveda's sap moss conditioner to be really moisturizing and provide a great slip for easy detangling. :)

Definitely do some good conditioning. Your natural hair may be dry. I like to DT with Cantu Shea Butter $5 at Wal-mart. Find a good moisturizing shampoo.
