silicone ingredients end in -cone, -xane, and -conol. As previously mentioned, the FrizzEase line contains silicones.

I co wash every 2-3 days and shampoo every 2 weeks. Mix it up a little and see what your hair likes!

I cowash for two days at most and then use a gentle shampoo. But If I cowash for two days straight, the first day I'll use a reg conditioner and the second day I'll use one with my added tea tree oil.

Almost every day. My curls need to be reset if I want them to look good. Second day hair doesn't exist for me.

I've been trying co-washing lately, doing it 2x a week, but I think I'm going to need to start interspersing low-poo in there as well. The first two times I co-washed, my hair felt AWESOME. But by the start of week #2, my scalp has been feeling itchy and greasy. I tried co-washing again last night to combat it, but now it's itchier than ever. Siiighhh, back to toying around with my routine >.>

I have 4a hair. I Cowash 2x on wed and sat. In between Cowash days, my trick is to wet hair while in shower maybe leaving hair under water for 15-30 seconds, then I take a little bit of the gel I used on Cowash days, spread it on palms and put on hair using hand prayer method or whatever the name is. This entails putting a bunch of hair in between your 2 palms and sliding palms along length of hair. I don't do this on all hair but mostly on the sides. Then I
Shake hair to reloosen curls. And voila. U may choose to do same process if u want to top hair with oil.

I would be VERY careful when doing a acv rinse. I just did one yesterday & had HORRIBLE results. My hair was extremely dry & shed a lot. Not shedding now but yesterday was a mess. Proceed with extreme caution when using acv rinse.

Arsanga try spritzing your hair with water & greasing your scalp in between co- washing. I have an itchy scalp too & the water spritz & greasing my scalp has worked wonders on my itchy scalp. I water spritz more than than I grease my scalp. I spritz my hair 2xs a day in the morning & before bed.

I started co washing last week & 'washed' twice last week. I think I'll do one more time this week. Shampoo on Sunday.

I do it once in three days. But use shampoo everyday so that I can get smooth, silky etc hair. I always consult to professional hairstylist.

I used to co-wash everyday for about 10 month, but then I stopped all together. It made my hair happy, but not my scalp.

I co-wash every other day, occasionally stretch it one more day if I'm feeling lazy. I low-poo before PT's and as needed, maybe 2-3 times a month.
