Default Is silicate a silicone?

I wanted to try the Fructis pure clean gel but is contains silicate.

Co-wash/Low Poo: Suave Coconut, GTTT
Conditioner: GVP Conditioning Balm, LVPNG
Styling: HESMU, HETT, Angell, BRHG, re:coil, CJ Coco Coffee Curl Creme, Got2B Defiant Pomade

Porosity- Normal
Elastisity- Normal
Density- Medium

CO- Vo5 kiwi lime squeeze, various sauve conditioners, loreal evercurl cleansing co.
Style- beautiful curls wave enhancing leave-in, pure and clean gel, Shea moisture smoothie
Techniques- plopping

Well it's not a cone but it's sorta like natures alternative. It a mineral found in the ground it act like a silicone but I don't think it will cause build up.

Its a great natural mineral, but my hair doesnt like if I use it daily. But its not a cone so you should be good!
