Just use the Lush ones, there's really not anything bad in it. No poo is no shampoo bars too btw.

I don't know if you are cg but most of the Lush bars contain sulfates, which is not cg.

I thought so too but I don't see it on their website any more. Where do you buy yours?

Try Bobeam's. You can find her on etsy and her customer service is awesome and her shampoo bars are amazing. I'm sure she would work with you with the shipping.

The NO Poo method can be conditioner washing or other non sulphate cleansers, it doesn't need to be a soap bar.

I've used the LUSH Trico-something bar before and quite liked it (I'm not poo free though). But what I have come to love even more is the Akamuti Black African soap. Works great for face, hair, body (but stings something fierce if you get it in your eyes). Unfortunately it is in the UK (I'm Canadian but lived the past 3 yrs in the UK) but you can check out the Akamuti website and see about distribution. They are very helpful as well as far as asking questions via email.

I also love the MopTop and Jessicurl products (USA) and both have great customer service. I think that actually Jessicurl worked best for me and will likely get more of that. I ran out of other products and only had Jessi's Daily conditioner so used it as no poo to use it up and my hair was great! I should have remembered that before I topped up on my other products again. Hope that helps. I've not found anything in Canada that I loved other than Paul Mitchell's extra body mousse for styling (but that is not cone free I believe).
