Default High Porosity Help?

Okay, a liiittle less mystified - but I did learn that my hair has really high porosity, any suggestions? I just bought myself... the Renpure Organics moisturizing shampoo and Paul Mitchell 'The Conditioner', I'm thinking a once or twice a week shampoo regiment as described on LCLF (Live Curly Live Free - Curl Care), but this porosity thing has me a little in the woods.

(I'm a 2c-3a, 3a leaning with the very long length weighing it out to 2c if that info's needed)

My hair is high porosity too and it LOVES protein. Highly porous hair usually needs more protein. I would recommend a protein treatment. If you're worried about how it will affect your hair, do a spot test. Good luck!

I use currently a suave shea cashmere and it does have protein in it. I find that protein + cone-free are hard to find, but this one has been working great for me, I should have went back for more.

I am really intrigued to try Roux Porosity Control many naturals with color treated hair use this close their cuticle it also is used by porous naturals. I have seen several YouTube videos on the product.

From what I've read

Porous hair needs protein, fine hair needs protein. If you take one of your shed hairs and pull on it, if it stretches and doesn't bounce back, it is too elastic and it needs protein.

If it breaks instead of stretching much, it is not elastic enough, and it has too much protein. If your hair is straw like you have too much protein.

2c/3a-M-ii porous, good elasticity, APL, dark brown with a silver lining. Biggest enemy: frizz!
