Default Dumb question

I know this is probably a dumb question but are most conditioners sulfate free? And if not how do I know if it is or not? What ingredients do I need to look out for? Ok so a few dumb questions, it's just that I'm thinking of going conditioner only cleaning and I'm very new to this method. THANKS

Never a dumb question. Conditioners typically would not have sulfates since they are foaming/cleansing agent. It's silicones that you have to watch for in conditioners. But you also have to watch for silicones in cleansers as well. There are a good number of cleansers (both with and without sulfates) that contain cones.
