I am new to the CG routine and just started today but need to get things clarified so I have two questions. Is the Garne Fructis Length and Strength Conditioner good to use? Do you need to use two different conditioners for cowashing?

Length and Strength has a water-soluble cone, so it should work fine. A lot of people use a really light conditioner to co-wash and a richer conditioner to condition the length.

For me personally, I would use Length and Strength as a richer rinse-out conditioner. I use VO5 Kiwi Lime or Vanilla Mint Tea for co-washing.

What are some other conditioners for cowashing? Sorry for so many question, I am going to go to Sallys later and want to have everything ready! =]

We were all new once

Some people like Cure Care as a co-wash. I haven't tried it yet (I use it as a leave-in). Other people like some of the Suave Naturals conditioners- I found them too heavy for my fine hair, but Suave Daily Clarifying works well. Sally's also carries a line called As I Am. Their Coconut Co-Wash is very nice.
