Default Need a recommendation for a sulfate wash shampoo and a RO conditioner...

(cross posting from the 2's forum)

Just found out (hello, read the labels more closely!) that my "last sulfate wash" shampoo has amodimethicone in it, and that the garnier triple nutrition conditioner I have been using as a RO also has silicone in it.

Anyone have recommendations for a sulfate shampoo to get the silicone out once and for all? And, what is a decent drugstore/target/walmart RO conditioner? Thinking about trying Tresemme naturals.

Help!

Thanks so much! I also found "mane n tail" in our cabinet that we use on the dogs... sulfates but no silicones. I will be running into target tomorrow to get a cone free conditioner.

Eventually I may "graduate" from drugstore brands to more expensive stuff, but for now I would like to try the cost effective route!
