I'm kind of freaking out. Last night I did a BS wash and an ACV rinse and at first I was so impressed by how clean my hair felt (maybe a little TOO clean, squeaky clean) and then as I was detangling, a big chunk of hair came out onto the shower floor and when I looked in the mirror, I found a BALD SPOT!

What am I doing wrong? My hair has been thinning consistently since starting CG. But a bald spot? No way! Help!
