Default Co-washing Not working for me, frustrated

I've been doing for a month and am losing a ton of hair each time. Also, I've stopped using any type of heat on my hair for the past month, no silicone, and my hair is still just as frizz as before. I really don't think this is for me. I desperately want to get my hair in better shape and less frizz. What other options do I have?

It didn't work for me either. Right now I'm using SLS free shampoo and that seems to be working pretty well.

Depends on your hair properties, & im on the app & cant see your sig if theyre in there. If its fine, cowashing could be weighing it down, might need a low poo. What are you using to cowash? It could need protein, could be overconditoned, theres a myriad of reasons its frizzy but its tough to tell how to fix it without knowing your properties & what conditioners & products youre using
