Tomorrow is Day 1: Project Curl. I want to clarify before I start the treatment but I'm not sure what to use. I've heard to try an apple cider vinegar rinse but some articles say do it before you condition and some say after you condition. If I buy a shampoo I need a sulfate-, silicone-, protein-free clarifying shampoo. Tomorrow I'm going to clarifying, co-wash and deep condition. Any suggestions curlies??
