Progress Thus Far

Hello everybody!

So my first initial goal is to be silicone, sulfate, and protein free but I didn't realize that one of the products I bought had protein.

Day 1: Clarified with Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo for Normal to Oily Hair then DC with Curl Junkie Curl Rehab Moisturizing Hair Treatment. Styled with Jessicurl Too Shea! Extra Moisturizing Conditioner then Curly Hair Solutions Curl Keeper. After the first wash night and day difference (see pic 1).

Day 3: Continued same as Day 1 with clarifying shampoo and DC and styling. Much better curls around the front of my face/side curls (see pic 2)

Day 6: Co-washed with Curl Junkie Daily Fix Cleansing Conditioner and rinsed with Jessicurl Too Shea! Extra Moisturizing Conditioner. Styled with Curl Junkie Curl Rehab Moisturizing Treatment and Curly Hair Solutions Curl Keeper. Definately not as defined curl and frizz as Day 1 and 3.

Next time I wash I am going to co-wash with Curl Junkie Daily Fix Cleaning Conditioner and rinse out with Curl Rehab Moisturizing Treatment. Style with Jessicurl Too Shea! Extra Moisturizing Conditioner and Curly Hair Solutions Curl Keeper. Once I finish with JC Too Shea! and CHSCK I don't think I'll be repurchasing those.

Any thoughts?

Your hair is so long and gorgeous! And I definitely see a difference between the two pictures! Your hair is shinier and curlier in the second photo! Keep up the good work!
