Hi everybody. I just started the CG method about 2 months ago; I'm hoping you can give me some product input & input on my routine!

I have type 3 hair, with tighter curls underneath (a on top, b/c under?). It is porous as I color it every 6 weeks. Prior to starting CG it was very frizzy so I was using lots of silicone products and I was blowing it out / flat ironing it. Since I started CG, my hair is curling ok (just ok) and it feels gunky or oily if I use too much of something, or too dry if I don't use enough. I think it has potential to curl better too!. Any input? Here's what I'm using:

-Wash - Curl Junkie Daily Fix Cleansing Conditioner
-Clarify - (1x per week) - baking soda / water wash to clarify
-Condition -CURLS Coconut Sublime Moisturizing Conditioner
-Moisturize: Oyin Handmade Whipped Pudding
-Gel - mix 2 different gels - Curl Junkie Pattern Pusha & Curls in a Bottle

I also pre-poo with Coconut Oil about 2x a week. When I put the oil on as a leave in it curls really nicely but looks really greasy.

Also, tried Curl Junkie Curl Assurance Smoothing Lotion and found my hair to be too frizzy still (which is why I moved to the heavier Oyin moisturizer).

I think I need to swap out the Oyin for something different, just not sure what.

I would love suggestions!
