I am new to GC and my hair seems to be liking it so far. I am wondering a few things though.

1. I feel like if I use a shampoo with sulfates, I will wind up washing away all the naturalness I have been working so hard on. Is this the case? If I use a shampoo with sulfate, or a product with cones, is it like starting all over again?

2. Can you color your hair with a permanent hair dye while doing CG. This kinda goes with question one, because I would need to use a lathering shampoo after.
