SOS HELP

Ive been using the CG method for a year now and my hair looked great. I usually mixed baking soda with my conditioner and then used ACV. Well the passed two times I washed my hair i changed it and used a baking soda mixed with water and then ACV diluted with water. My hair is a frizzy mess now and I'm not sure if its because of this new method, the fact that its raining and my hair has developed sudden Rain ESP or that ive been diffusing it. I dont know what to do and its driving me insane!! Please anybody with advice :dontknow:??

I would skip baking Soda and vinegar and just use silicone free conditioner and, if I want, sulfate free shampoos. Not sure how the bs and vinegar may mess up your hair but I would try my suggestion. Also do a nice deep conditioning. Good silicone free conditioners include Trader Joe Tea
Tree Tingle Conditioner (my favorite detangling conditioner) and vo5 Moisture milk Conditioner (strawberry or passion fruit). My favorite deep condish is Shea Moisture curl enhancing smoothie. It is marketed as a curl styler but is better (actually excellent) as a deep conditioner.
