I just started the CG method about 2 weeks ago. I plop overnight and my hair is so frizzy by midday, even when I get out of the shower it's frizzy when it's wet. Any advice?
I use v05 conditioner, suave naturals and LA looks sport gel.

Maybe a light oil to seal in the moisture after you apply your products might help. I use a small amount of olive oil right after my leave-in and before my gel. If I skip that step it's frizz city. If oil weighs your hair down, maybe apply your products to soaking wet hair and then plopping.

You also might want to look at the ingredients of your products. Some may contain proteins and for some curlies, that may cause frizz, especially when wet too.
