Going shampooless and using cones
 

Is anyone else doing this? I really hate shampoo and avoid products that will make me have to shampoo. So far i have been doing this for a few weeks and my hair feels and looks great.

i think i might shampoo occasionally just to be on the safe side but i want to see how long i can get away with this......

I do, I've been using tigi self absorbed conditioner which has silicones in it and the new loreal cleansing conditioner for over a week and havent felt the need to poo yet

I use conditioners with cones and even a couple deep conditioners with them and some without. I go about two weeks without using my sulfate free shampoo. I don't get build up from using the cones and I don't see any negative side effects, my hair is very soft and healthy. I use some non cone products and some with cones and it works well for me.
