Default I'm back after a rough few days

So I gave up on CG less than a week ago thinking it wasn't working for me. BOY WAS I WRONG!!!!! I even went and bought silicone frizz fighters and shine enhancers and loaded up my hair. My hair was NOT happy at all! It felt dry and just wrong. So I'm back. I learned that doing CG might seem like a long process at first but in the long run you can actually get away with less products! Doing CG I use trsemme naturals to co-wash and as my leave in and pantene mousse or Fructis pure clean gel for hold. That's it! I was really hoping I could get touchably soft curls, but it just isn't in the cards for me. Without a strong hold product over top of my leave in conditioner I get massive frizz. I couldn't be happier to be back to my old familiar routine and products. I'm never leaving again!

Ah I hear your frustration! I had a bit of a bumpy start myself. Old habits die hard! It took a little bit of experimentation with different cg-friendly products to find the right combination for my scalp and my hair. Now that I've hit on it, it is so awesome! My hair routine is super quick and easy, and I really love how my hair is now. I'm lucky enough to get compliments too but really what matters is how I feel about it I'm not going to lie, it took a couple of months for my hair to get soft, fully rehydrated, and get a nice curl pattern (and that's not counting the time it took to find the right products). However, that time really paid off. I hope you are able to find the same results, and quicker than I did!
