Hello! I have a few questions before I begin the cg method tonight and would really appreciate it if anyone could help me out.

1. I decided to do my clarifying wash with acv. Is there anything specific I should do for this like mixing with water or how to wash with it?

2. Right after I do the acv wash, can I do my co-wash with the suave naturals or do I have to wait x amount of time?

disregard this thread! what i did seemed to work, excited
