Default Sulfate free Cleansing Conditioners with Silicone Styling Products?

Hi guys, first post! I have one question- would a sulfate free, cleansing conditioner help get rid of silicone buildup? I don't use shampoo and co-wash instead. I've heard shampoos, sulfate or not, can get rid of most silicones but co-washing with sulfate free conditioner may not be able to. However, what about a cleansing sulfate free conditioner?

The reason I ask this is because I really want to try L'oreal Evercurl Hydracharge Sulfate-Free Cleansing Conditioner. But I still want to use one or two products with some silicones in them. Would I still need to implement an ACV rinse if I plan on using styling products that contain silicones, or would co-washing with a cleansing, sulfate free conditioner do the trick?

Thanks!!

As long as the product has coco betaine it will take care of silicones.

Now if my conditioner doesn't have silicones in it, will I need coco betaine?

Not necessary, but it's a gentle enough cleanser that it won't hurt your hair if you use it regularly.
