Red face 3A and I'm getting itchy scalp?

So, I'm using Giovanni's Tea Tree Triple Treat conditioner every other day,
but for some reason my scalp is itchy and there's flakes when I scratch my head. What's the problem? Can I fix it somehow?

Thank you...

Best thing to do is pop to your family doctor for a formal diagnosis. Also consider switching to a gentler simpler product, the tingle is because that product contains a number of potentially irritating ingredients, so not ideal for anyone with a dermatological condition.
2a-2c, medium texture, porous/ colour treated. Three years CG, growing out mechanical and chemical damage = breakage and very high porosity. Past armpit length heading for waist.

CO-wash: Inecto coconut
Treatments: Komaza Matani, coconut oil, Hairveda Sitrinillah
Leave in: Fructis Sleek & Shine (old), Gliss ultimate volume, Inecto argan
Styler: Umberto Giannini jelly, Boots Essentials gel
Experimenting with: going back to basics

I have type 3 hair. I found that a water spritz helps for the itchy scalp. throughly cleansing & greasing my scalp as needed helps with flakes. As well as seeing a dr, but before spending oodles of money at the dr for something that can be a simple fix.
