Hello hydration conditioner

Does anyone know if the cones in the hello hydration conditioner is water soluble? Or are they the type that need a sulfate shampoo to rinse out of the hair?

You need a sulfate shampoo for that conditioner to take the cones out. I used that same one until I went CG. It sucked that I couldn't use it anymore because it was an awesome conditioner ):

You can also use a low poo that contains Cocamidopropyl Betaine or Coco Betaine. Either of those ingredients will remove any and all silicones. Cowashing alone won't do it.

Which shampoo may have that ?

The Giovanni poos and Yes to Cucumbers poo.

Also, Renpure's Argan Oil or Brazilian Keratin shampoos.
