I use hot water in a spray bottle every morning to release my curls (hot water works best for me. I put the bottle about halfway between mist and stream and aim towards the roots). Then I apply (generously) Paul Mitchell Foaming Pommade and/or Cream of Nature Foaming Wrap Lotion and finger style!
