Italian curls

This is charming young man is my brother, Peter. This photo was taken in Rome, Italy, during his semester abroad in college. He is a history major at U. of Dallas, speaks Italian, has visted every continent except Antarctica, and has the most amazing voice in the world! About the curls... would you believe he washes with normal soap, doesn't use conditioner, and does not style it? Imagine what it would look like with some awesome control...
