Puffy, but Neat!!

to get this cute puffy but neat look i applied conditioner then twisted my hair in 4 big twists. I got dressed, had breakfast, then began to open the strands, until my hair looked big and puffy. I sprayed olive oil shine spray, added a cute clip on the side and was out the door.
