First and foremost...To God be the Glory!
This is a really huge step for me. I'm uncomfortable with the fro do I'm wearing. I have finally gotten to the point that I wear it to work. Still very uncomfortable.
Tonight I met a young Lady on the store and her hair was natural. I asked her what she used on her hair to keep it looking good. She told me and advise me to visit tthis website. She also suggested Miss Jessies hair products. When i asked where to purchase the product and if it was possible to purchase them tonight. She said no.
I expained how i was feeling and she reassured me that I was ok and that my hair did not look bad at all. After a few other encouraging words. She sugguest I pick another product until I could order Miss Jessies or locate a store in my area that sold the product. When I went to purchse the product I met another really nice young Ladywith natural hair, who advised me the same and re-assured me that it would be ok and not to go back.
Well, I'm home and I have used the product but, I also haven't gone back to the chemicals. I know that really do not want to go back to chemicals and i can't image pressing my hair. As I have always been afraid of the hot comb.
I'm little nervious, but I'm going to keep moving forward. This is a challenge.
