The step to take the BC - Big Cut

My New Way- Everyone has one right? For the first time I don't feel selfish. I scheduled to do the big BC (big cut) in December. Part of me feels like I will have an aahh haaww moment, but the other part don't know what to expect of the that newness. I relfect on how a certain image was more comfortably accepted in the human society. When we are put in position to adapt to that environment aren't we pleasing the people instead of ourself. Don't that take away from us remaining solid with in. This is not take away from all the beautiful crown and styles that are layed upon, but you MUST be happy with your presentation because you are happy with it. Although, I was natural just over a year ago, I gave into to the perm. I had many excuses but the reality is that I got too lazy in dealing with and maintaining the natural hair care and wanted to feel the easiness of the perm hair. When I was natural I felt good within. My kids didn't care for it, it's their environment although I explain. My husband loved it. I came to the conclusion of who really is me? I need to feel good about what I have. Instead of taking a whole year to grow my hair out to at least 5 inches, I'm going start the process right away. Follow me along my journey. I will take picture so that you can see my progression----- Helpful tips, encouragments I embrace. Please don't hesistate to share |
