Becoming natural has changed me dramatically. Ever since i learned the benefits of being natural i talked two of my sisters and three friends to join me. I felt any huge life changing commitment that can change someones life for the better shouldn't be left a secret, I am just glad they all trusted me. Besides school and my future, I have never been so committed 2 something like i am to my hair.I am addicted to discovering new great products that serves as the perfect balance for my hair. I even keep a journal of anything that relates to my journey learning about new products, ideas,and  tips that enhances hair well being has become my hobby. My lifestyle has made a complete shift since becoming natural;  from taking daily supplements to eating healthier, I am a dedicated to a better me. It feels amazing to come to terms with the realization that  I am no longer a slave to perm and weaves, not only does it feel remarkable, I don't have to spend ridiculous amounts of money in the salons! I just wish i would have known what i know now years ago, that's why i dedicate my spare time being an advocate for any women all over who may be considering,  in the process, or are already natural. I am a member on Fotki.com, on there i welcome a family of women who share questions, advices, tips, comments and even, criticism about our journey. Fortunately many if not all the women are very supportive and positive, on there people are all on different phases of their natural journey,  I  browse around in search of inspirations so  i can learn more. My motto is to learn, grow, and inspire, and i will never stop doing these three things, It is my job, I owe it to my mother who has been battling hair loss for the past two years, I owe it to my sisters and friends who have put all their trusted me by chopping off all of their hair to natural, and most importantly i owe it to myself and every black woman person who feel trapped and are brainwashed and molded to think there's no way out of relaxers. thank you for your time and generosity.    i like your motto,but i need some help with knowing what products to used and girl im so scare to cut my hair ALL off the pics i have showing is my perm hair pulled back and my new grow saying whats uuuupppp! lol. i just need some sistas support who knows how im feeling. girl tell me what i should do. im also on fotki.com/kimt25. i just joined so i only have two pics and its showing my new grow once i do my BC ill post them and others pics thru out my journey.
