Hello Everyone! I had such BLAST at the Kim Coles/Curly Nikki Grow Out Challenge Party! So many beautiful Curly Girls were in the house. A few lucky fellas showed up too! There was so much love in the room. We were downtown LA at the gorgeous House of Spades www.penthousela.com Thank you Igigi for my lovely dress http://www.igigi.com/ I will have my own video footage in a few days but here are some glorious shots from the event http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10150272892416328.342968.44517541327 We spent time comparing notes on loving ourselves AND our hair and my favorite comments were from a few of the ladies who said that this was not a typical "LA party". Trust me, that is such a compliment! They felt loved and appreciated even though they were not rocking a typical "LA party girl" look: Long straight hair and a dress up to "there". That seems to be the uniform. Well, I want to stand out and these ladies were doing that too by rocking their OWN style and I applaud it! Enjoy the pics and more to come soon...
