Always apply to damp or freshly washed hair

Start at the front to gain confidence before moving on to the trickier back sections—better still, ask a friend to help and have fun in the process!

If you're using a hair dryer, use a heat protector and styling products to add hold, but avoid using anything too sticky!

For tighter curls, apply Curlformers to smaller sections of hair. The Short & Narrow or Long & Narrow Curlformers will create ringlet spiral curls. For a naturally curly look, apply Short & Wide, Long & Wide or Extra Long & Wide Curlformers to 1" wide hair sections, which you can break up further by running your fingers through your hair when dry. For a looser, softer wave, apply Curlformers to larger sections of hair.
