Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Winners' names will be selected randomly by Producer and Sponsor. The Official Sponsor is Hair Flair Ltd, supplier of Curlformers, 30 Addiscombe Grove, Croydon, Surrey CR9 5AY, UK.

ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be age eighteen (18) or older at the date of entry to be eligible. Proof of eligibility, including age and residency, may be required. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsors and/or Producer reserve the right to cancel or modify the chance to win one of four giveaway collections supplied by Sponsor (Hair Flair LTD in conjunction with Alterna Hair Care) for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsors' reasonable control that impairs the integrity of the OFFICIAL CURLFORMERS CURLY PICS SPONSORED BY HAIR FLAIR LTD SUPPLIER OF CURLFORMERS, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. In such event, Sponsors reserve the right to award the prize at random from among the non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

Online entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: Prizes sponsored by Fair Flair Ltd: Four (4) individual winners will be selected from among all eligible entries during the Curlformers Curly Pics Competition Entry Period. The winners will receive a full set of Alterna's Life Curl Collection and a choice of one (1) Curlformers Styling Kit, or a choice of any five (5) Curlformers Starter Packs, a Styling Hook and a Holdall, for an approximate retail value (ARV) of $140.00). Photographs of the four winning entries will be shown on the Sponsor and Producer official web site(s). Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during OFFICIAL CURLFORMERS CURLY PICS SPONSORED BY HAIR FLAIR LTD REPRESENTATIVE OF CURLFORMERS Entry Period by a selection process defined by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating to the OFFICIAL CURLFORMERS CURLY PICS SPONSORED BY HAIR FLAIR LTD REPRESENTATIVE OF CURLFORMERS are final and binding. Subject to verification of eligibility, each person whose name is selected by Sponsor will be declared a giveaway winner by Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and may not be sold or bartered, including in any transaction on EBay or similar auction websites. No substitution of prizes will be permitted, except by the Sponsor, who reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize is unavailable. Prizes will be awarded within (30) days of verification of each Winner's eligibility. DISPUTES: By entering the Contest, entrants further agree that: (1) Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sponsorship, Sponsor or Producer, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (2) Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the OFFICIAL CURLFORMERS CURLY PICS SPONSORED BY HAIR FLAIR LTD REPRESENTATIVE OF CURLFORMERS, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Curlformers Curly Pictures Giveaway.
