The CG method is something you sort of live by, all the time. If you're
really following the CG method, then you're following its principles,
all the time — ie always using water-soluble products, etc.
It really takes some trial and error and depends on things like if you exercise, do you wear your hair stretched or in its natural texture (wash and go).
With our type of hair, I'd start with every 2 days and see if that's good. If you hair gets too dry then you might want to space it out more to be only co-washing twice a week or even just once a week. Hope that helps!
