If your hair is suffering from any kind of damage (i.e. heat, chemical, color, etc.), simply maintaining a good deep conditioning regimen will help strengthen and possibly thicken your hair. Otherwise, you could try taking hair, skin, and nail vitamins or biotin, as they aid in thickening hair. Also, some conditioners help with this: John Frieda Thickening conditioner, Pantene Pro-V Full & thick, Nexxus, Chi Volume, L'Oreal EverStrong, and Tigi Catwalk to name a few. HIH :)
