Will henna loosen my 3a/3b curls? Need answer ASAP!!!!

I really want to get the blonde out out of my hair because the sun bleached it and I want to try an auburn henna color from Henna Color Lab,I've heard amla can help your curls so I will add that, but I'm really scared,my hair is so healthy now,I don't want to loose it! Any experience?

My hair did loosen up dramatically using henna hair dye. I had very curly 3A type hair, with ringlets. After using it one time I didn't notice anything, but after using it 4 or 5 times in the whole length of my hair, it made it awkwardly wavy and I need to put a lot of more time trying to get it curly. I no longer have ringlets and I would categorize it more as a combination of 2B, 2C and 3A. If I had known this beforehand, I would have never used it like I did.
Since I adore the colour and there is no alternative with such amazing results (I can go two months without it fading!), I will keep using henna. But instead of repeatedly dying all of my hair, I will now stick to touching up my roots. Since one time did not affect it at all, I would still recommend it.
Henna will not damage your hair, on the contrary! It makes it healthier! It only loosens the curl if you use it often.

Its a possibility I have 3c/4a hair and it loosened my curls a little but it was only for a couple a weeks and the last time I did it i wasn't as noticable but i love the brownish red i have
