I have natural 3c hair, how do I define my curls, what should I do? What products are best?

after i get out of the shower i like to 'plop' my hair to air dry it on a microfiber towel or old cotton t-shirt (terry cloth towels promote frizz & breakage).
also, right now i love doing 2-strand twists overnight and using a twisting butter to hold them together. then the next day, untwist & check all that definition! i like the U R Curly tight curl enhancer http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlproducts/view/7...
and also TIGI texturizer http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlproducts/view/6...
If you don't have much time, whenever you are fresh out the shower, plop and scrunch & add a cream-gel like Miss Jessie's Pillow Soft Curls- http://www.naturallycurly.com/search/index/?q=pil...
or curly hair solutions curl keeper
hope this helps!

Gels, hair milks, and scrunching your hair can keep your curls really defined
