Banana Smoothie Prepoo

This banana smoothie prepoo recipe will leave your hair super soft and moisturized. Your curls will pop and be super defined. Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 oz of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Organic Virgin Coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Directions

Place all ingredients a blender. Set the blender on puree. Mix until completely blended and smooth.
Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair. I recommend sleeping with the mixture and washing with a diluted shampoo the following morning. However you should leave it in your hair at least one hour before shampooing. Follow your shampoo with a rinse out conditioner. Detangle and style as usual. You will love the look and feel of your hair :)

This is THE best!!! My hair loves the banana and the oil just makes the whole recipe a perfection for it. .. Sometimes I switch the oils for others depending what I have at home, and I always use 1 banana only as it is enough for my hair length. After prepooing my hair with this mask, my curls are SUPER bouncy, pretty defined and moisturized. They really look happy and keep it up for a bit less than a week. It is like it locks in the benefits of the rinse out too. This prepoo is a must do for me once a week (3b-3c combination hair).
