what are vitamin e capsules? Can you use vitamin e oil?

Once I applied the mask I could see there was a major difference in my hair, I believe that it soaked in all the ingredients with gusto, but I tried it without the vitamin E capsules so I'm not positive that it was used to its full potential. But I enjoyed the cooling sensation (I put mine in the refrigerator over night) and the smell.

Loved the way my hair felt after initial rinse. Even before shampooing I could tell my hair was super moisturized after this treatment.
