Karen heat damaged my 5 year old daughters hair, and burned off 6-12 inches of hair beautiful, naturally curly-wavy hair last Sunday, August 11, 2013. I will take legal action, and report to state board and better business bureau-she was wrong to do my child's hair the way she did.
I visited Mrs. Karen's shop for the first time this week. I must say I was thoroughly impressed. She was so friendly and the shop had a very relaxed and comfortable setting. When I walked in, she immediately started on my hair. (That is a big deal to me seeing that I have been going to salons for over 16 years and have never been taken at my exact appt time) Mrs. Karen cares about your well being and your overall health. I cannot wait to go back!!!
I've been going to Karen for some years now and I'm always satisfied with my hair. Karen doesn't keep her appointments waiting, she puts her clients first! Her salon is welcoming, I would recommend anyone to her and Karen is all about healthy hair.
Karen is the best. She is very helpful in demonstrating the best hair care methods. She is also very even-tempered and concerned about your overall health, which leads to healthy hair.
I have visited this salon several times and each time I was very happy with my hair-do. Karen is very professional and has a very pleasant personality. She does great twists and braids and natural styles with or without extensions. The salon is clean, in a great location, the prices are reasonable, and it is the only salon that I know of in the area that truly specializes in Natural Hair Care for African Americans. I reccomend this salon.
