I have been to a lot of places in Oklahoma claiming they know how to cut curly hair. Some of those places were ok and some were pretty bad. I had pretty much given up and I saw that Laura was Deva certified and thought it was worth a shot. I'm so glad I did. she cuts layers in and they looked fantastic. She didn't cut a ton off like most people do. She was also very nice and friendly. I plan on taking both my wavy daughters to see her to get their hair fixed after a locks of love donation haircut disaster.
I went in for a DevaCut but Laura actually told me she could cut my hair wet with my curl pattern and charged me less for a regular cut instead of the more expensive DevaCut. I previously had my hair cut for wearing it straight (flat ironing everyday). I had a very bad shelf where there was about an inch gap between my top and bottom layer. It looked terrible. She evened my hair up and showed me different techniques of how to diffuse my hair. I have to say my hair looks wonderful curly now. I have gotten so many compliments. I also want to say Laura is very friendly and I would highly recommend her. Hope this helps and I will defiantly be going back.
