Sharon is an awesome stylist. I had an emergency and I was able to book an appointment with her on very short notice! Not only was she sweet enough to come in on her day off and install my first interlock braids ever, she gave me the best style I've had in years! She is also very invested in protecting her clients hair and listening to exactly what they want. Also, she recommended where to buy quality braiding hair. I had an great time chatting with Sharon during the few hours it took to do my hair. She is incredibly fast and skilled at what she does. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Pros: beautiful braids, friendly stylist, clean and nicely decorated salon, convenient location, and totally worth the money. Cons: you'll end up leaving your old stylist behind!

Great atmosphere, very large yet still cozy space in the Times Sq area. Consultation was seamless and efficient, appointment was met on time, staff were very friendly. I wanted invisible braids to add length to my hair, extension hair braided down 1 inch onto my own in a mini micro width while leaving my perimeter out. My stylist in fact did a tree braid/invisible braid combo (my first) which took almost 9 hours! The results looked amazing but I wouldn't go in for that again - not with 1 person doing all of the work, also I couldn't stand the feeling of constriction from the cornrows of the tree braid style, but that's me. Her technique is quite skilled: neat, precise parting, small braids. I do remember needing aspirin afterward but didn't feel as if the style was too tight and I'm very sensitive about that. The price was great at $250 and Kimberly was friendly and sweet as pie.
