I asked for a curly cut, but she gave me a straight-hair cut that was done dry. She did not cut by curl family, she just ran the hair between her index finger and middle finger, and cut it straight. My hair ended up looking worse after the cut, and I had to fix it at home. I contacted the salon to complain, and they tried to tell me that the problem was that I did not get the DevaCurl three step process for $70. Sorry, but I use these products at home and have been curly girl for years - I know its the cut that did the damage. The cut cost $45, and she basically just gave me a dry straight-trim (cutting off about 1/4 inch from each section). Waste of money and time. I will never visit this salon again.
